Construction Project Planner Key Responsibilities & Duties

Construction Project Planner Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project planning, preferably within food processing.
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Strong understanding of warehouse design, food processing facilities, and general contracting principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to travel overnight and for multi-day trips as required.
• Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts and proposals.
