Immigration Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct case intake, troubleshoot issues, and develop strategic approaches for immigration matters.
  • Analyze case documents and prepare comprehensive immigration applications for submission.
  • Draft petitions, applications, and specialized support letters for various visa classifications.

Immigration Paralegal Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in PERM, H-1B, and L-1 visa processes is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
