CLO Operations Manager Overview
- Lead operational management for private debt funds and credit facilities as a CLO Operations Manager in a dynamic investment environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure transactions and ensure compliance with financial guidelines and policies.
- Oversee entity setup, account management, and transaction execution processes, ensuring operational excellence.

CLO Operations Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with deal teams to structure and review transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Direct execution of cash and securities transactions, ensuring seamless funds flow.
- Enhance processes tailored to administered entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding administrative obligations and transaction requirements.
- Review trustee reports and maintain borrowing base files for leverage facilities.
- Assist in data collection for due diligence, RFPs, and audits, ensuring thoroughness.
- Monitor and maintain covenants of leverage facilities and oversee fund operations.
- Shadow and review waterfall calculations and servicer reports for accuracy.
CLO Operations Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment management or banking operations.
- Preferred 10 years of experience in structured finance and SPV issuers.
- Progress towards CFA certification is advantageous for the role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential.
- Proficiency in reviewing transaction documents and executing transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to multi-task and manage diverse investments effectively in a hybrid work environment.
