- As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operations and seamless coordination of activities.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and accommodations for executive team members.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics management.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support executive communications and decision-making.
- Oversee event planning and coordination for executive functions and company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain and update executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- Utilize strong MS Office skills to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
