Medical Director Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee outpatient care for patients with HIV/AIDS, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment protocols.

Medical Director Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a valid state-specific Medical Board license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 7 years preferred, in HIV/AIDS outpatient care.
- Valid DEA and Furnishing licenses, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience leading healthcare teams and managing Advanced Practice Providers.
- Comfortable working with LGBTQ+ communities and fostering inclusive healthcare practices.
- Ability to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to obtaining AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure patient care excellence.
