PACU / Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Educator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement educational programs for PACU and ambulatory surgery staff to ensure high standards of care.

PACU / Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Educator Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with 6 years preferred, in PACU, ICU, or similar settings.
- Active RN license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; additional certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in EPIC systems and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in nursing education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and educate staff.
