- The Referral Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating patient referrals in a healthcare setting.

Referral Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of patient referrals ordered by healthcare providers.
- Ensure patients are aligned with primary care providers before initiating referrals.

Referral Coordinator Job Requirements
