Manager of Annual Giving Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in nonprofit development or fundraising.
• 3–5 years of experience in annual giving, digital/direct response fundraising, or related fields.
• Proficiency in donor CRM systems, digital fundraising platforms, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Exceptional copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences, including LGBTQ+ and allies.
