  • The Assistant Nurse Director NICU oversees operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.

  • Specialty certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license eligibility.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
