Trading Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

Trading Assistant Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; BA preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a trading assistant role; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg terminal and Charles River Investment Management Software (CRIMS).
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex datasets.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in fixed income trading operations is highly desirable.
