- The Commercial Asset Management Analyst will focus on monitoring and reporting asset-level performance within the client's diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
- Develop and implement business plans for commercial properties, including operating budgets and leasing strategies.
- Evaluate lease proposals, conduct market assessments, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with joint venture partners and third-party service providers to ensure optimal asset performance.
- Perform property and portfolio valuations, return analyses, and support acquisition due diligence.
- Assist with special projects, including hold-sell analysis and refinancing evaluations.
- Review development plans and oversee the disposition process for real estate assets.
