Real Estate – Capital Markets Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Support origination and execution of debt financings and refinancings for diverse portfolios.
• Prepare financing packages, lender presentations, and term sheet comparisons for senior review.
• Conduct market research and monitor lender appetite and pricing trends.
• Coordinate with acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and external parties.
• Facilitate efficient transaction closings and ensure loan documentation accuracy.

Real Estate – Capital Markets Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with strong academic performance (GPA 3.6+).
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate finance or related fields.
• Understanding of debt capital structures including senior mortgage, mezzanine, and preferred equity.
• Exposure to CMBS or structured real estate transactions is advantageous.
