Temporary Recruiter Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct 8-10 interviews daily, assessing candidates using behavior-based techniques.
- Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with school leaders to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
- Partner with sourcers to identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and Handshake.
- Achieve and exceed daily recruitment metrics and hiring goals.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies.
- Maintain detailed records and utilize ATS systems for tracking recruitment activities.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, celebrating successes and sharing knowledge.
- Support the organization's mission by hiring educators who impact students' lives positively.
Temporary Recruiter Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems for recruitment processes.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting behavior-based interviews effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Collaborative spirit and a positive, can-do attitude.
