Occupational Therapist Overview

  • The Occupational Therapist role focuses on providing exceptional home health therapy services to patients across Marion County.
  • Collaborate with healthcare agencies to deliver personalized rehabilitation care to geriatric patients.
  • Utilize multiple EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient management.

Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored care plans.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient visits.
