Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients.

Physical Therapist Job Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License is required for this position.
- A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple EMR systems, including Pariox, Kantime, Kinnser, and others.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to manage patient records effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for home visits.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
