- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization, providing guidance and leadership in recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate campus, virtual, and Ph.D. recruiting activities, managing logistics and scheduling for interviews.
- Screen potential candidates, extend verbal offers, and draft offer letters using templates.
- Post and manage job descriptions on job boards and educational institutions.
- Track candidate statuses within the Workday applicant system and compile interview feedback.
- Represent the organization at campus events and maintain recruiting analysis and metrics.

Recruiting Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
- Manage candidate materials, create files, and process expense reports and invoices.

Recruiting Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources within professional services or consulting firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday and Handshake preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with occasional travel between office locations.
