- The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated geographical area.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and surgeons.

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve group sales quotas.
- Represent the client at industry conventions and events to promote products and services.
- Provide mentorship and support to Territory Sales Managers to enhance team performance.
- Demonstrate resilience and determination to overcome challenges and achieve sales success.
Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Meet or exceed sales quotas established for the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through cold calling, both in-person and via phone.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and services.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives to share strategies and achieve team goals.
- Develop and utilize assets and resources to meet short-term and long-term objectives.

Area Sales Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or capital sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with medical devices, capital equipment, or surgical devices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
