Area Sales Director Overview

  • The Area Sales Director will lead strategic sales initiatives across assigned territories, ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas and fostering team growth.

Area Sales Director Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 7 years preferred, ideally in medical or capital sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
  • Experience in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and teams.
  • Resilient and determined attitude to overcome objections and secure impactful sales.
