Job Description

Digital Designer Overview

  • The Digital Designer will lead creative asset development across corporate communications, employee engagement, digital channels, and marketing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative content with strategic objectives, brand guidelines, and audience needs.
  • Translate strategic messages into polished visual concepts for various digital and print platforms.
  • Support high-visibility corporate materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality execution.
  • Manage digital asset libraries to maintain organized and searchable resources for consistent use.
  • Design and optimize digital assets for web, intranet, and email channels, incorporating accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends and recommend improvements to workflows and visual systems.
  • Create engaging video content, including animations, consistent with brand standards.

Digital Designer Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives and develop aligned creative content.
  • Design visual concepts for email campaigns, web assets, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Support corporate materials such as reports, presentations, and company-wide communications.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries for consistent brand use across channels.
  • Develop visual assets for employee communications and in-office use.
  • Optimize digital assets for web and intranet platforms, ensuring accessibility compliance.
  • Enhance email templates and campaign creatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage external creative vendors for quality execution and brand consistency.
  • Create and edit video content, including animations, for social media and internal use.

Digital Designer Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with modern design tools such as Figma and UX/UI principles.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and web publishing best practices.
  • Familiarity with Eloqua, Salesforce, Drupal, and Workiva preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Experience in event photography, video editing, and animation preferred.
  • Rich portfolio showcasing graphic and digital design work, including email and web-based examples.
