Campus Recruiting Sourcer Overview

  • The Campus Recruiting Sourcer will support high-volume fall recruiting efforts, focusing on sourcing and engaging early-career talent for internship and entry-level opportunities.
  • This temporary role spans September to December, requiring onsite presence five days a week to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
  • Collaborate with campus career centers, student organizations, and faculty to identify and attract candidates from diverse academic programs.
  • Engage in outreach activities, including initial screenings and interest assessments, to evaluate technical aptitude and candidate alignment.
  • Contribute to event logistics for career fairs, info sessions, classroom presentations, and site tours, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, track event ROI, and ensure timely movement through the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a professional ambassador, representing the client’s brand and values during campus outreach and recruitment activities.

Campus Recruiting Sourcer Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and engage students across academic programs using campus channels and digital platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Assist with logistics for campus events, including career fairs, info sessions, and classroom presentations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct outreach, initial screenings, and interest assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical aptitude and alignment with opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage accurate candidate pipelines, tracking event ROI and ensuring timely movement through the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and follow-up activities for campus events to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals and values.

Campus Recruiting Sourcer Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in recruitment or HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment metrics effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate event logistics and follow-up activities seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting outreach and engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
