Job Description

Overview

  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand adoption of alternative investments across diverse financial platforms and advisory networks.
  • Leverage expertise in private equity, private credit, real estate, and hedge funds to deliver tailored solutions to advisors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Engage with advisors, GP partners, and COIs to build trust and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools and data analytics to optimize sales processes and decision-making.
  • Provide post-sale support for a diverse portfolio of alternative investment offerings.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and pursue relevant certifications to enhance professional development.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site engagements effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute consultative sales strategies to promote alternative investments and achieve organizational growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in alternative asset classes to support advisors in portfolio construction.
  • Conduct regular market meetings to foster relationships and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance CRM utilization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support advisors in improving business practices and achieving client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and pursue CAIA certification within three years.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the alternative investment industry through innovative strategies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in alternative investments or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in RIA, Independent BD, or Bank distribution segments.
  • Mandatory Series 7 and 63 licenses; CAIA certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing regions and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive post-sale support for diverse investment platforms.
