Electrical Engineering Manager Job Requirements

• Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering experience, with 10 years preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Technical depth in power electronics, motor drivers, embedded computing, and networking subsystems.
• Experience leading engineering teams within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools.
• Familiarity with MIL-SPEC or environmental qualification standards for hardware.
• Experience taking hardware from concept to production and field deployment.
