Electrical Engineering Manager Job Requirements
- Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering experience, with 10 years preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Technical depth in power electronics, motor drivers, embedded computing, and networking subsystems.
- Experience leading engineering teams within a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools.
- Familiarity with MIL-SPEC or environmental qualification standards for hardware.
- Experience taking hardware from concept to production and field deployment.
