Clinic Manager Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree or higher in healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems.
• Knowledge of payor programs such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Family PACT.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities and manage multiple clinic sites.
• Experience in supervisory roles and staff management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
