  • The Insurance Manager will oversee life, disability, long-term care insurance, and annuity operations within a dynamic wealth management firm.
  • Lead underwriting, placement, and illustration production for diverse insurance and annuity products, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and service excellence.
  • Provide training programs to enhance staff and advisor knowledge of insurance and annuity solutions.
