Accounting Clerk Overview

  • The Accounting Clerk will perform accounting and administrative duties in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.
  • Responsible for processing purchase orders, managing inventory, and entering invoices accurately.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and practices.
  • Engage in customer service activities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Accounting Clerk Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process purchase orders and manage inventory records with precision.
  • Enter invoices and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

Accounting Clerk Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
