Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the integration team, resolving conflicts proactively.
- Organize meetings, calls, and events, ensuring logistics, materials, and participants are prepared.
- Maintain integration trackers and dashboards, updating records promptly with accurate information.
- Generate and distribute status updates and reports to support team reporting activities.
- Prepare and proofread documents, correspondence, and materials with attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Provide logistical support for onboarding processes, including organizing forms and documentation.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in professional services, legal settings preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Experience with data tracking tools and generating detailed reports.
