- The Medical Records Project Coordinator will oversee medical record requests for regulatory audits and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- This remote position offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support clinical quality and documentation initiatives.
- Ensure accurate accounting, scanning, and saving of medical records in designated systems.

Medical Records Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Request medical records for enrollees selected for Contract RADV audits.
- Prevent delays in chart review and submissions to CMS for audits.
- Assist departments with clinical quality, documentation, and coding initiatives.
- Coordinate audit assignments and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Ensure medical records are accurately accounted for and stored in appropriate systems.

Medical Records Project Coordinator Job Requirements
