Executive Assistant Investor Relations Overview

  • The Executive Assistant Investor Relations role offers a dynamic opportunity to support key executives in a hybrid work environment.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the investment team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with executives to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication across stakeholders.
  • Engage in investor relations activities, including CRM management, event planning, and marketing material preparation.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of roadshows, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Support travel logistics, including booking arrangements and preparing itineraries for executives.
  • Assist in expense management, budgeting, and reconciliation processes to streamline operations.

Executive Assistant Investor Relations Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide primary support to the Global Co-Head of Liquid Credit and Head of ICM US.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate schedules across time zones.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, including investor engagements and team offsites.
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and reports for client distribution.
  • Maintain CRM systems, update client information, and record meeting notes.
  • Organize events, hospitality arrangements, and conference registrations for executives.
  • Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgets.
  • Undertake special projects and provide backup support to other team members as needed.

Executive Assistant Investor Relations Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and expense management systems.
  • Experience in investor relations or client-facing roles is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude with a client-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into administrative tasks is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with occasional remote work.
