Job Description

IT Manager Overview

  • The IT Manager will oversee business management systems and applications, driving strategic implementation and operational excellence across the organization.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency and support organizational objectives in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of implemented systems.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to drive user adoption and proficiency.
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation, analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Support financial reporting processes, including quarterly Fair Market Value statements.
  • Contribute to data management and analysis to inform decision-making at senior levels.

IT Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and oversee the organization’s applications, including the investor portal, ensuring functionality and alignment with business needs.

IT Manager Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems implementation and project management; 20 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in applications such as Ilevel, Dealcould, LemonEdge, Decusoft, and Access is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts, particularly within the private equity industry.
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data into actionable reports for senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to create operational efficiencies using technology across functional teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, fostering trust and candor.
  • High ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
