Accounts Payable Consultant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
- Manage accounts payable activities across multiple legal entities and business units.
- Maintain vendor records, resolve payment issues, and ensure timely payments.
- Process employee expense reports and reconcile expenses with receipts and approvals.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports.

Accounts Payable Consultant Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.

- Experience in multi-entity or legal entity accounting is strongly preferred.
