Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Nurse Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Unrestricted RN license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required; TNCC within two years.
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience, including 2 years in critical care.
- Preferred certifications: CEN, CPEN, CCRN, CNML, ENPC, STABLE, FCCS, PFCCS.
- Experience with EPIC and bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in nursing management roles preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
