- Provide operational oversight for multiple healthcare practice locations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Directly manage Practice Managers, supporting their development and achieving performance targets.
- Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success.
- Oversee scheduling operations and patient access initiatives for optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of policies and best practices across sites.
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance efficiency.
Operations Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required; healthcare or business focus preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations; 10 years preferred.
- Orthopedic practice experience strongly preferred, with proven leadership in similar settings.
- Proficiency in KPI reporting, analytics, and operational performance metrics.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style and process improvement expertise.
- Exceptional physician relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to other practice locations as required.
