• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Manager Respiratory Services Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Health Care Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum seven years of experience in respiratory therapy or related field.
• Three years of inpatient respiratory therapy management experience in a hospital environment.
• Experience with inpatient adult and Level 3 NICU care required.
• California Respiratory Care Practitioner License and National Respiratory Therapy Certificate required.
• Proficiency in managing teams within a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration and drive performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols in healthcare settings.
• Ability to implement evidence-based practices and monitor outcomes effectively.
