• The Senior Business Analyst will lead technology project planning, execution, and completion to align with business goals and objectives.

• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system changes and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Senior Business Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles; 7 years preferred.
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to propose scalable solutions.
• Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols effectively.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for data gathering, analysis, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to support IT strategies and process improvements to achieve business objectives.
• Familiarity with vendor relationship management and prioritization of product enhancements.
