- Collaborate with Wealth Planning Team and Investment Advisors to ensure comprehensive client support and planning workflows.
- Engage in technical research, financial modeling, and drafting client deliverables to support planning processes.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and internal templates for enhanced team efficiency.
- Maintain organized planning files and track legislative, regulatory, and industry developments for concise internal takeaways.
- Collaborate with external providers to maintain updated directories and track conference opportunities.

Wealth Planning Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Obtain, organize, and validate client information, planning assumptions, and documentation for wealth planning processes.
- Enter and maintain data in eMoney and/or Vanilla, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare first-draft planning outputs, including cash-flow models, projections, and scenario runs for review.
- Support estate tax calculations and illustrative planning scenarios using approved templates and assumptions.
- Conduct research on estate planning, tax, and financial planning topics for team knowledge building.
- Assist in the development of client education materials, primers, and visuals to enhance understanding.
- Coordinate timely follow-ups with Investment Advisors and external providers to ensure seamless workflows.
- Track and summarize industry developments, legislative changes, and conference insights for internal use.
Wealth Planning Associate Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, economics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or analytical finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with eMoney and/or Vanilla preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze legal and financial documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
- Interest in estate planning and tax topics; pursuing CFP® or similar credential viewed favorably.
- Ability to maintain organized planning files and improve team efficiency through research and development.
