Administrative Assistant Overview

  • The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to senior leadership and office operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Assist the CFO and Controller with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinate events, manage catering arrangements, and oversee conference room setups for meetings.
  • Perform data entry, maintain files, and support departmental initiatives with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, calls, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day operations to support a casual and collaborative environment.
  • This temporary role offers a minimum six-month assignment with potential for extension.

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide administrative support to CFO and Controller, ensuring efficient operations and task completion.
  • Coordinate and execute event planning, including catering, decorations, and cleanup activities.
  • Perform data entry tasks, create Excel lists, and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, maintaining professional and timely communication.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or office support experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and high attention to detail in all tasks.
