Systems Analyst Overview
- The Systems Analyst will manage and optimize HR systems infrastructure, supporting enterprise applications and ensuring seamless integration across departments.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and leadership teams to implement and maintain HRIS systems, including Workday.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and data pipelines to enhance system functionality and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards while enforcing robust security protocols.
- Support non-Workday business systems and provide technical expertise for system enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business needs and leadership requests effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and system updates, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities for optimal productivity.
Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and reports.
- Lead efforts to enhance data quality and system functionality within Workday.
- Investigate and resolve HR system performance issues, ensuring adherence to governance standards.

Systems Analyst Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Analytics or Information Systems.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR systems management or business analytics.
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems, with required experience in Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis.
- Experience with API authentication, encryption, and data exchange frameworks.
- Knowledge of legal financial systems, such as Aderant Sierra or 3E.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and with external consultants.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
