  • As a Call Center Representative/Virtual Back Office Coordinator, you will handle high-volume inbound calls and provide administrative support remotely.
  • Engage with patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring seamless communication within the healthcare team.
  • Perform registration, insurance verification, and update patient records accurately and efficiently.

Call Center Representative/Virtual Back Office Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and manage 40-65 inbound calls daily in a high-volume environment.
  • Listen to patients’ concerns, providing accurate information and addressing their needs empathetically.
  • Perform patient registration and insurance verification tasks efficiently.
  • Track member consents and maintain accurate records of enrolled members.
  • Conduct outreach to members using various reports and assigned lists.
  • Obtain and process medical records, care plans, and visit summaries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize electronic medical records and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Call Center Representative/Virtual Back Office Coordinator Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related education, experience, or certification.
  • Preferred experience with electronic medical records and data entry tasks.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
