Manager, Channel Marketing Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage integrated campaign workbacks, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track.
  • Coordinate campaign planning activities, including stakeholder alignment, documentation, and launch readiness.
  • Support creative development processes, consolidating feedback and ensuring alignment with strategy and best practices.
  • Track campaign dependencies, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery of launch inputs.
  • Execute email and direct mail campaigns, managing setup documentation, asset coordination, and deployment readiness.
  • Collaborate with channel owners and operations teams to ensure quality assurance and accurate customer-facing details.
  • Maintain documentation and trackers for campaign status, approvals, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Monitor campaign performance, sharing insights and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Standardize workflows and support scalable cross-channel execution practices.

Manager, Channel Marketing Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, focusing on campaign development and project management.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing is required; direct mail experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and campaign execution basics.
  • Experience with campaign reporting tools like Tableau or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating across matrixed organizations and managing stakeholder relationships.
