Primary Care Physician Overview
- The Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive medical care to a primarily geriatric patient population.
- This role includes Medical Director responsibilities, overseeing clinical operations across two locations in Indiana.

Primary Care Physician Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide routine primary care services to a geriatric and adult patient population.
- Manage a daily patient load of 5–6 individuals, ensuring personalized and thorough care.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver coordinated and effective medical services.
- Oversee clinical operations as Medical Director for two Indiana locations.
- Review and complete patient charts and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight to the care team, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for staff and leadership, offering expertise and support.
Primary Care Physician Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active Indiana medical license or eligibility.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 3 years preferred in a relevant field.
- Experience caring for geriatric and/or medically complex adult patients.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to lead and support the care team.
- Ability to manage clinical oversight and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a low-volume setting.
- Familiarity with quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
