- Proven leadership experience at the Associate Director level or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling processes.
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
