• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial aspects of clinical operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and patient care quality.
• Develop emergency preparedness and recovery plans for hospital departments.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and align operations with organizational goals.

Operating Room Clinical Nurse Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery and clinical healthcare operations.
• Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Four years of leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, resources, and operational initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical standards.
• Experience in fostering collaboration among healthcare teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and implement strategic projects for operational improvement.
• Magnet Designated Hospital experience preferred.
