Accounts Payable Administrator Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
  • Request and follow up on invoice approvals to ensure compliance.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships effectively.
  • Set up new vendors in the accounting system following established protocols.
  • Initiate wire transfer payment files and coordinate with banking partners.
  • Perform month-end closing procedures and support system implementations.
  • Analyze supplier statements and resolve outstanding balances promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and maintain data confidentiality.

Accounts Payable Administrator Job Requirements
