Accounts Payable Administrator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Request and follow up on invoice approvals to ensure compliance.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships effectively.
- Set up new vendors in the accounting system following established protocols.
- Initiate wire transfer payment files and coordinate with banking partners.
- Perform month-end closing procedures and support system implementations.
- Analyze supplier statements and resolve outstanding balances promptly.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and maintain data confidentiality.

Accounts Payable Administrator Job Requirements
