• The Senior Designer will lead multidisciplinary design projects across healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring impactful and visually engaging deliverables.
• Develop creative solutions for presentations, digital assets, UX/UI designs, print materials, and event collateral with strategic and practical objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear and compelling visual communications.
• Utilize advanced tools like PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver polished and professional designs.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative solutions for diverse audiences and communication channels.
• Contribute to omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Apply strong organizational skills to manage creative files, templates, and production assets efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging creative technologies and integrate AI tools to enhance workflow and design quality.

Senior Designer Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design responsive digital experiences and UX/UI assets using Figma, ensuring practical implementation readiness.

• Organize and manage creative files, templates, and production assets for efficient reuse and scalability.

Senior Designer Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite for multidisciplinary design projects.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech design is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies for design workflows.
