Manager, Valuations Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain integrated corporate financial models, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts.
- Lead periodic valuations using DCF and other methodologies, documenting assumptions and drivers.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate impacts on performance and valuation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source and validate key model inputs and assumptions.
- Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and financings through detailed financial analysis.
- Prepare decision-oriented materials for senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term planning, capital expenditure reviews, and financing strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and detail in all valuation and financial modeling activities.
Manager, Valuations Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, valuations, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in valuation methodologies and financial statement fundamentals.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with large data set programs.
- Strong analytical abilities in valuation, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex analyses into actionable insights.
