  • The Office Administrator oversees daily operations and personnel management for the client’s offices, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to organizational standards.
  • This role involves managing non-attorney staff, coordinating office activities, and supporting the client’s leadership team in operational excellence.
  • Responsible for maintaining office facilities, technology coordination, and ensuring efficient workflows across multiple locations.
  • Collaborates closely with managing partners to uphold service quality and operational standards.
  • Leads recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for non-attorney roles, fostering team growth and productivity.

Office Administrator Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Certified Legal Manager (CLM) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or operations management, including team leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with AI tools for operational efficiency and data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Ability to manage multi-site operations and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on team collaboration.
