NICU Assistant Nurse Manager (Night Shift) Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; 5 years preferred.
• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Demonstrated expertise in neonatal or pediatric critical care nursing.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or preceptor roles, preferred.
• National specialty certification in neonatal or pediatric nursing preferred.
