Operations Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead production functions to achieve output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Optimize throughput across machining, fabrication, core build, and assembly operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between production schedules, capacity planning, and customer demand.
• Own site-level P&L performance, including cost control and margin improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to support revenue growth.
• Champion safety and compliance across all shifts and departments.
• Build scalable production capabilities aligned with global growth strategies.
• Ensure effective cross-functional integration to deliver customer outcomes.

Operations Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with 10 years preferred in operations management.
• Proven expertise in production leadership, cost control, and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
