Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage complex calendars for principals and professional staff, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Prepare travel updates and summaries of upcoming commitments and priorities.
- Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, building management, and service providers.
- Maintain organizational digital files, contracts, and correspondence efficiently.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements

- Experience managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars for senior professionals.
