Senior HR Business Partner Overview

  • The Senior HR Business Partner will lead strategic HR initiatives, supporting approximately 230 employees across Shared Services departments.
  • This role requires a seasoned HR professional with demonstrated experience in managing senior-level relationships and complex HR matters.
  • The position is semi-hybrid, requiring in-office presence four days per week initially, transitioning to three days after acclimation.
  • The individual will partner directly with C-suite executives, supporting three members of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Strong expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance review activities is essential.
  • Prior experience with Workday HRIS is strongly preferred for immediate productivity in the role.
  • The role demands excellent relationship-management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse leadership styles.
  • This is a temporary assignment with a potential extension beyond the initial end date.

Senior HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide strategic HR support to Shared Services departments, including Legal, Finance, IT, Policy, and External Affairs.
  • Partner directly with C-suite executives, advising on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage complex HR matters, including change management and employee relations.
  • Lead performance review activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Utilize Workday HRIS for efficient HR operations and reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional work environment, integrating seamlessly into the established team.

Senior HR Business Partner Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Demonstrated senior-level HRBP experience managing complex HR initiatives and relationships.
  • Strong expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance review processes.
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS is strongly preferred for immediate role effectiveness.
  • Exceptional relationship-management skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to work independently and integrate into a temporary assignment seamlessly.
